If you've ever wondered what Joe Jonas would look like as a woman, you can put your pondering to rest.
In a new video posted to TikTok, Jonas is dressed in full glam, in a short brunette bob wig, a low-cut black satin top with matching choker. In the clip, Joe is lip syncing to a line from an episode of beloved spooky '90s show Are You Afraid Of The Dark? As he stand up, Joe says, "I'm going roller skating, don’t touch my stuff!"
It's unclear why Joe was dressed in drag, but fans were having a field day in the comments section. One fan write, "This is real, this is me," a reference to Camp Rock, in which he appeared alongside Demi Lovato. Another fan shared, "Are we just releasing the drafts while we still can?," referring to the impending TikTok ban. Other fans named this new feminine persona, calling him "Josephine" and "Joanna."
One fan wrote, "It's giving dance mom," while another said, "Not on my Bingo card this year but here we are." Others drew comparisons to a few famous actresses, suggesting that he looks like Selma Blair, Patti LuPone, and even Emma Watson.
Is this related to something Jonas has cooking up for 2025? Last summer, Joe announced his first solo album in over ten years, Music for People Who Believe in Love, which was originally set to be released on October 18th but was ultimately postponed. The record included two singles released this year in 2024, "Work It Out" and "What This Could Be."
