Water-supply wells in Kern County have oil-industry pollutants according to a new report released Thursday by the State Water Resources Control Board. According to the report, elevated levels of arsenic, barium and boron were found. The report is unclear about whether the pollutants are from fracking operations. (KBAK TV)
