Police arrested two people yesterday afternoon during an undercover operation targeting online prostitution. 57-year old Carlos Abreu and 18-year old Sharon Cruz were arrested after a search warrant on Dartmouth Avenue found two female juveniles who were determined to be human sex trafficking victims. California Emergency Challenge Causes Trump to Challenge 'Fast Train'

California and 15 other states filed a lawsuit challenging Trump's emergency declaration regarding the border wall. Trump zeroed in on California, which is leading the group alleging the unconstitutional declaration. Trump tweeted "The failed Fast Train project in California, where the cost overruns are becoming world record setting, is hundreds of times more expensive than the desperately needed Wall!" Speed Rail Funding Getting Pulled From Federal Government 

The federal government announced its intention yesterday to cancel nearly $1 billion in pending funding for California's high-speed train. The federal department will "de-obligate" $928 million in promised cash, but California will be given a chance to argue its case.
